ServersPulse offers four plans to match different server monitoring needs. All plans include the core monitoring features -- paid plans unlock additional capacity, faster polling, and advanced features.

What each plan includes
Free
A single server with 14-day data retention and 30-second polling. Includes the full dashboard, real-time metrics, alert rules, incident tracking, and player analytics. A solid starting point for individual server operators.
Starter
Up to 3 servers with 30-day retention and 10-second polling. Adds Discord bot integration for in-chat alerts and Spark auto-profiling to automatically capture performance profiles when alerts fire.
Pro
Up to 10 servers with 90-day retention. Includes everything in Starter plus weekly performance reports, data exports (CSV/JSON), and up to 3 team members per server.
Multi
Up to 25 servers with 90-day retention and 5-second polling -- the fastest available interval. Includes everything in Pro with up to 10 team members per server. Designed for server networks and larger operations.
Managing your subscription
Upgrading
- Go to the Plans page or the plans section in the dashboard
- Select the plan you want to upgrade to
- Choose monthly or yearly billing
- Complete the checkout through Paddle (our payment processor)
Your new plan features are available immediately after payment.
Downgrading
You can downgrade to a lower plan at any time:
- Go to the plans section in the dashboard
- Select the lower plan
- Confirm the change
When downgrading, be aware of plan limits:
- If you have more servers than the new plan allows, you will need to remove servers before downgrading
- Data retention is adjusted -- data older than your new retention window will be cleaned up
- Team members exceeding the new limit will retain access until removed manually
Preview changes
Before confirming a plan change, you can preview the pricing impact. This shows you the prorated amount for the current billing period.
Billing portal
Access the Paddle billing portal to:
- View payment history and invoices
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
The billing portal link is available in the dashboard under account settings.
Payment processing
ServersPulse uses Paddle as the payment processor. Paddle handles:
- Credit card and PayPal payments
- Tax calculation and compliance
- Invoice generation
- Subscription management
All billing-related emails come from Paddle.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. After cancellation:
- Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your data is retained according to the Free plan's 14-day retention window
- Servers beyond the Free plan's 1-server limit become inaccessible (but are not deleted)
